The quality control unit provides the basis for the complete establishment of a quality management system by developing specialized instructions, continuously monitoring processes and implementing technical requirements. The goal of this complex is to produce cement in accordance with the national standards of Iran (ISIRI) and reputable international standards, including ASTM and EN, in order to offer a product with stable and competitive quality in domestic and foreign markets.

In order to precisely control the production process and continuously analyze raw materials and clinker, the company’s X-ray laboratory has been designed using advanced XRF (X-ray fluorescence) and XRD (X-ray diffraction) technologies.

These equipments enable rapid measurement of chemical compositions, identification of mineral phases and continuous quality control of raw materials and products. The use of these technologies will increase the accuracy of process control, reduce production fluctuations and achieve stable quality in final products.
