The National Gas Company was required by the National Gas Company to amend gas bills based on the average pre-war rate.
Based on this resolution, which was approved in order to support production units and implement the law on removing barriers to competitive production and improving the country's financial system, the latest situation of the cement industry was reviewed at the staff meeting, and after presenting the report of the Cement Industry Employers' Association and staff members, decisions were made to resolve some of the problems of this industry. In the first paragraph of this resolution, considering the discrepancy between the revision of possible invoices issued for gas consumed by cement factories and previous resolutions, it was decided that the National Iranian Gas Company should take action to revise the gas invoice rates in accordance with the resolution of the Supreme National Security Council. Accordingly, the gas consumption rate of cement units should be calculated based on the average of the three months before the start of the third imposed war on March 29, 1404.Also, in another paragraph of this resolution, the issue of determining the rate of diesel fuel consumed by the cement industry has been considered. The Facilitation Committee, noting that the announcement of fuel oil prices on an ad hoc basis has caused confusion among producers in calculating the final price of products, ordered the National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company to announce the final fuel oil price required by cement production units within a maximum of one week after the notification of the resolution.
